Susanne has been teaching Classical Pilates since 2001, when she was certified In Romana’s Pilates from Pilates Seattle International. Susanne has an outstanding Classical Pilates education, and is certified from one of the most respected schools in the nation, is a dedicated Pilates practitioner, and is just an excellent teacher.
Susanne is gifted in working with individuals recovering from injury, and with athletes who want to improve in their specific sport. She enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels, and is especially skilled in helping people see what they can do rather than what they can not do.
Susanne has studied under some of the masters in Classical Pilates, and continues her regular Pilates practice with many gifted instructors.
